Accessibility Statement

How arrtech.ai is built to work with assistive technology, and how to reach us when something doesn’t.

Last updated September 9, 2026

ARRTECH wants arrtech.ai to work for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion settings. This statement covers the arrtech.ai website. It does not cover ARRTECH products. For accessibility information about the platform, contact us at the address below.

Standard

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the level referenced by U.S. federal and state accessibility requirements. We have not yet completed a formal audit of the site, so we do not claim full conformance. We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as the target for every page we build and fix issues as we find them or as they are reported.

What we do

Pages use semantic HTML so that headings, lists, links, and page regions are announced correctly by screen readers. Text is real text rather than images of text, and it scales with browser zoom and text size settings. Body text is dark on a light background at a contrast above the WCAG minimum. Layouts reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling. Links, buttons, and form fields can be reached and operated with a keyboard. Animation is reduced or removed for people who have turned on a reduced motion preference. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

Some content is provided by third parties and is outside our direct control, including the consultation booking widget on the contact page. Any documents we offer for download may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Where we know of a problem, we work to fix it or provide the information in another form on request.

Compatibility

arrtech.ai is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile, and for common screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. It is not designed for browsers more than a few major versions old. We have not yet completed structured testing with assistive technology and will update this statement when we have.

Technology

The site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Accessibility depends on these technologies being supported by your browser and by any assistive technology you use.

Report a problem

If you find something on arrtech.ai that you cannot access, or you need content in a different format, email info@arrtech.ai with the page address and a description of the problem.
