Support for your deployment
Under an active support contract, ARRTECH writes parsers for log sources it does not yet support, at no charge. Updates arrive as packages your team installs when it chooses.
What we take care of
Common log types parse out of the box. For anything else, ARRTECH writes the parser at no charge while your contract is active, and your team can also build its own from a sample log.
Content and agents arrive as packages your team installs from the console, centrally or on a schedule. Updates suit low-bandwidth links, so remote sites stay current.
The console already produces the records support needs from each product, so a request starts with evidence rather than questions.
Report a vulnerability in an ARRTECH product under Responsible Disclosure. Report an AI output or control that failed under AI Incident Reporting. A wrong finding with correct evidence comes to support, where it informs evaluation and tuning.
ARRTECH SIEM and its logs run on servers you run, and your team decides when updates install. The console’s audit log records logins, searches and configuration changes.
