Every agent we ship is code-signed, and your console manages the certificates. Agents install and update from your console, centrally or on a schedule you set.
Reported vulnerabilities.
Anyone can report a vulnerability in our products through our Responsible Disclosure page.
Parser support.
While a support contract is active, we develop parsers for log sources the products do not yet support, at no charge.
Verify
Signed logs.
Every ARRTECH SIEM write is hashed, signed and chained to the previous file, and a qualified timestamp authority timestamps the files daily. Any source exports with its signatures, the certificate and a standalone verifier.
Audit log.
The console records every login, search and configuration change, and shows who is online now. You can review who did what without asking us.
